About Us
McKinney Legacy Neighborhood Association (MLNA) was created in 2023 by residents from East McKinney to help streamline communication. MLNA will be used to connect residents residing in the Legacy neighborhoods of Lewisville, Wilcox, La Loma/The Hill, Mouzon, and Rockwall. As well as share varluable resources, allow residents to voice concerns, and encourage community engagement.

Our Mission
To help foster community spirit while promoting the safety and security of the Legacy communities. To support, promote, protect, and enhance the historical value and preservation of the properties within the Legacy neighborhoods. To represent the neighbors of the Legacy neighborhoods and the affairs that align with our mission, while maintaining an active interest in the welfare of all our citizens in our community. This representation includes open dialogue with local government, businesses, and community partners.
